If you have tried before and it didn't last, the problem probably wasn't discipline. Most programs are rigid and generic. They assume unlimited time and willpower, and they fall apart the first time work gets busy, you travel, or a client dinner comes up.
This one is designed around the reality of a demanding career.
- You work long hours and want the most results from the least time
- You have tried diets or programs before and the results did not last
- You want to lose fat without losing muscle, including if you are on or coming off a GLP-1
- You want decisions based on the best available research, not trends
Not a fit if you want a crash diet, a quick fix before an event, or medical treatment. This is coaching, not medical care.
How the 12 weeks work
It starts with a free 30-minute call about your goals, history, and what has gotten in the way. If it is a fit, here is what the next 12 weeks look like.
Baseline and setup
We record your starting weight trend, waist, strength, and schedule. You get calorie and protein targets and a strength plan built around foods you like and the time you have.
Build momentum
Weekly video check-ins and direct messaging. We adjust your targets based on your 7-day trend, add weight to your lifts, and plan ahead for travel and client dinners.
Break through plateaus
Progress often slows here. We find out why, whether it is sleep, hunger, steps, or tracking, and change one thing at a time.
Transition to maintenance
We bring you up to maintenance calories and simplify tracking. You leave with a written plan for keeping your results on your own.

Questions
Is this medical care?
No. This is health and fitness coaching for educational purposes. It does not create a physician-patient relationship. Keep your own doctor involved in your care.
Can I do this while on a GLP-1?
Yes. Your plan will prioritize protein and strength training to help protect muscle while you lose weight. Medication decisions stay with your prescriber.
How much time does it take?
Most plans use 2 to 4 strength sessions of 45 to 60 minutes a week, depending on your schedule. The weekly check-in is a short video call.
Do I have to track calories?
For the first few weeks, yes. Tracking shows what you are actually eating and gives us data to adjust from. Once you are consistent, we can move to a simpler approach, like tracking only protein or using portion guides, so you can keep your results without logging every meal.
Can I still eat out and travel?
Yes. Calories are averaged across the week, so one big dinner does not break the plan. Before a trip, you get a plan for travel days, restaurants, and hotel gyms.
Do I need a gym?
A gym gives you the most options, but it is not required. If you train at home or in a hotel, I build your plan around the equipment you have.
I have been lifting for years. Is this for me?
Yes. Experienced lifters often benefit most from the nutrition coaching and from structured progression during fat loss, when strength is easy to lose. Your program starts from your current lifts, not a beginner template.
What happens on the intro call?
We talk through your goals, history, and roadblocks, and I explain how the program would work for you. There is no pressure to sign up.
How does the guarantee work?
Complete all 12 weekly check-ins and hit your nutrition and training targets at least 80% of the time, as tracked in your check-ins. If you are not satisfied with your results at week 12, you get a full refund.
What happens after 12 weeks?
In the last two weeks, we move you to maintenance calories and simplify your plan. You leave with a written plan for keeping your results on your own. If you want to keep working together, we can talk about options at week 12.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. You can pay $1,500 in full or make 3 payments of $550.
